Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of college or university.
Experience: Experience an asset.

Specific Skills: Write, modify, integrate and test
software code; Maintain existing computer programs by making
modifications as required; Identify and communicate technical problems,
processes and solutions; Write, modify, integrate and test software code
for e-commerce and other internet applications.
Programming Languages: Visual Studio .NET, MS SQL
2000/2005, ASP, COM / ActiveX, HTML, Java Script, VB Script.
Computer and Technology Knowledge: Windows, Networking
software, Networking security, Intranet, Internet, Servers, Applications

- Permanent, Full Time, Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours shifts between
8:30am to 7pm.
Location: London, Ontario

Requirements
Education: Completion of college or university.
Experience: Experience an asset, but willing to train.
Languages: Speak, Read, Write French and English.
Specific Skills
- Provide telephone or e-mail support for customer products, to
provide end users with hardware/software support for consumer
products, to perform diagnostics of problems over telephone or email,
to include troubleshooting, defining and explaining the problem, and
"walking the customer through" the solution and to
accurately document support cases. Translate end user documentation to
French.
Essential Skills
- Bilingualism (French and English) is a requirement for this
position.
Computer and Technology Knowledge
- The candidate must possess strong personal computer skills, and
excellent problem solving skills. Experience in troubleshooting in a
Windows environment essential.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
- Fast-paced environment, Attention to detail. A willingness to travel
would be beneficial to this position.
